What the notification center is

The notification center lets you monitor activity across your inbox, replies, and any tools connected to your Algominds workspace. It gives you real-time visibility so you don't have to keep refreshing or switching between platforms.

Use it to:

• Track activity in your inbox
• See new replies as they land
• Watch system activity in real time
• Stay on top of automated actions across your workspace

How to open it

1. Open your inbox.
2. Find the bell icon in the top-right corner, next to the Create prospect button.
3. Click the bell to open the notification panel.

Each notification is grouped and tagged with where it came from and what kind of activity it is.

Filter by notification type

You can filter the feed by category:

• Slack — anything routed in from your Slack integration
• Sequence — events tied to follow-up sequences
• Webhook — webhook deliveries
• Workflow — actions triggered by workflow rules
• Channel — activity on a specific connected mailbox or channel
• System — platform-level updates

Filter by source

The dashboard pulls activity from a range of upstream tools. Available source filters include:

• HubSpot — CRM sync activity and workflow updates
• Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison — reply activity and campaign events from sending platforms
• Algominds LinkedIn — LinkedIn campaign and connection activity
• Salesflow — outreach and sequence events
• PipeDrive, Attio — CRM record and pipeline updates

Why it matters

• Catch issues fast — if a sequence stops firing or a webhook fails, you'll see it in the feed before clients notice.
• No tab-hopping — you don't have to leave the inbox to know what's happening across the stack.
• Multi-mailbox visibility — agencies running several inboxes can keep an eye on everything from one place.
